**New Rules**
Rule #1:
Prospects do not have to be rostered until they reach one of the following:
-100 at bats
-5 starts or 8 total appearances at pitcher (whatever comes first)
Players who have not yet reached those totals FOR THEIR CAREERS must be kept on your prospect roster until you add them to your Yahoo team. Prospects who reach those limits and have not been placed on your Yahoo roster become free agents. Once you have promoted a player to your Yahoo roster, you cannot move him back to your prospect list UNLESS HE BECOMES N/A. If a player under those limits becomes N/A, you have the option of moving him back to your prospect list and do not have to promote him again until he reaches the career limits. N/A over the career limits cannot be moved back to your prospect roster.

Rule #2: If a team fails to reach the innings minimum 2 times during the same season (everyone deserves a mulligan), that team will lose it's highest draft pick in the next draft. The 3rd time you fail to make your minimum, you lose all your picks in the next draft. If you should miss the minimum for the 4th time, you will probably not be around to see next year anyway. Allowances will be made AT THE COMMISSIONER'S DISCRETION due to injury, shortened weeks, personal vacations or illness, and various factors not under your control. If I am the commissioner, I will take the will of the league into account when I make a judgment. Transgressions prior to today will not be counted towards 2009.
Rule #3: You will be expected to roster a full compliment of hitters at all times. You are not required to have a complete lineup everyday. However, you will be required to have at least 1 eligible player for all 9 offensive positions plus one for Util on your Yahoo roster. NA's and DL players are not considered eligible players. If you go for an extended period of time without, for example, a C or SS, AT THE COMMISSIONER'S DISCRETION a suitable C or SS will be added to your team at the expense of someone on your roster. Assuming I am commissioner, you will be given more than fair warning and the will of the league will be taken into consideration.
